As a client with an exclusive contract with Promed, you will have the choice of an Onsite Account Manager(s) who would work onsite at your facility, or a Remote Account Manager(s) and team of support professionals who will assure prompt and appropriate fulfillment of your staffing needs. All requests for Promed personnel will be channeled through your Account Manager, so there will be no need for multiple phone calls or e-mail requests.
At the implementation of this contract, your Account Manager will meet with you to thoroughly understand your group’s particular procedures and policies, and then will always be available for discussions, meetings, or whatever you deem necessary to make you connection with Promed work smoothly.
