First, we would like to make clear that the LSS we offer is available outside of our MSP Program, even if the MSP Contract is terminated or never entered into; you still have the 2 LSS options.

In the first option, the Temporary Bill Rate of the Assigned Employee (AE) is reduced monthly after 16 weeks over a period of one year resulting in a final markup of 35%, at which time the AE will receive standard Promed Xtend benefits.

Our second Option works the same way, the only difference being that it results in a 45% markup after 1 Year. At this time the AE will receive PEO benefits through our Strategic PEO partner. The minimum Contract Period for any Xtend Employee is 1 Year.
