Secondly, our Program is centered on our REPORT CARD concept, whereby a ProMed representative meets monthly with all department managers to fill out and review a form we provide called the Report Card. This monthly evaluation form will allow your managers to grade our performance and each assigned Temps' performance will be reviewed, rated and evaluated. We are hereby committed to improving these results over time and sharing them with you. We insist on transparency and communication.
